FlashDrive Pro ("we," "our," "us") is a mobile application that turns your phone into a local file server and productivity hub. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application. Our core principle is simple: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to any external servers.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

FlashDrive Pro is designed with privacy as a foundational principle. We do NOT collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Files, documents, or media you share through the app
• Browsing history or search queries within the app
• IP addresses (beyond what is necessary for local network communication)
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to our servers

We have no user accounts, no registration process, and no login system.

3. How FlashDrive Pro Works

The app operates entirely on your local network (Wi-Fi or Personal Hotspot):

• Files are shared directly between your phone and connected devices on the same network
• No data is transmitted over the internet
• No cloud storage is used
• All communication occurs via local HTTP server running on your device
• When you stop the server or close the app, all connections are terminated

4. Device Permissions

FlashDrive Pro requests the following permissions, used solely for local functionality:

• Camera — Required for Live Camera streaming feature. Camera feed is streamed only to devices connected on your local network. No recording or cloud upload occurs.
• Storage/Files — Required to access files you explicitly choose to share. We only access files you select; we do not scan or index your device storage.
• Local Network — Required to run the local HTTP server and enable device-to-device communication on your Wi-Fi or hotspot network.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

5. Data Storage

• App preferences (server port, device name, theme) are stored locally on your device using local storage
• The list of files you share is stored locally and persists between app sessions
• No data is stored on external servers
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored preferences

6. Third-Party Services

FlashDrive Pro itself does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. However, the app is distributed through:

• Apple App Store — Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/privacy/)
• Google Play Store — Subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy)

These platforms may collect information about your purchase and download. We do not have access to this data beyond aggregate, anonymized download counts.

7. Children's Privacy

FlashDrive Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect any personal information from any user, there is no risk of children's data being collected or stored.

8. International Users and GDPR

Since FlashDrive Pro does not collect, process, or store personal data, the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are inherently satisfied. Specifically:

• No personal data is collected or processed
• No data is transferred across borders
• No data controllers or processors are involved beyond your own device
• There is no data to access, rectify, or delete
